Wichita, Kansas – EloGio Cigars will introduce two (2) new cigars to their portfolio for 2013 – both of which will be on display at this year’s IPCPR Trade Show and Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. Known as an exclusive boutique / independent company steeped in rich Cuban tradition, brand owner Nabil Sabbah sat down with Leaf and Grape and discussed the following details of these new releases.
Drew Estate Chairman, Jonathan Drew (via his Instagram account) shared a short video clip of the all-new My Uzi Weighs A Ton 7×70 – which is expected to be released later this Summer.
This all-new 7×70 marks the 7th vitola to be added to the MUWAT line, following on the heals of January’s #6 vitola – the Digital Son 6 (retail exclusive for Outland Cigars) and the #5 vitola called +11.

Miami, FL – The Boutique Blends Cigars Company recently announced an upcoming new cigar under their Aging Room Small Batch line. Joining the ranks of the M356, Havao and Quattro is the all-new M21 “ffortissimo”. M21 comes from the actual date the blend was finalized – Monday, January 21, 2013. Fortissimo is a musical term used to denote the musical dynamic of ff. (a double-F meaning “very loud”) According to brand owner Rafael Nodal; “ffortissimo is a very powerful cigar, perhaps the most full body cigar to come out of the D.R., but with tremendous balance and flavor.”
S.A.G. Imports announces the release of an all-new cigar called the Fonseca Cubano Exclusivo. Billed as a full-bodied box-pressed cigar, Exclusivo will be a departure from Fonseca’s more light (mild) cigar offerings.
The International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association (IPCPR) had plans to unveil two new events at this year’s upcoming 2013 Annual Trade Show and Convention: 1) open the show-room floor for to the general public during the last day of the trade show; 2) host a celebrity roasting event. On February 2nd, 2013 a picture of cigar bands for what we believe to be the all-new 2013 Tatuaje Tattoo was posted on Tatuaje Cigar’s Facebook page.
In an online post about the Tattoo bands, Tatuaje Cigars said the new version would be a new size, and possibly a new blend as well but it was too early to tell. An exact date for the release is not yet known at this time. Continue reading
