To get things started, two unknown chilled whites were poured.  Both had the visual appearance of a light, crisp light-bodied wine with very slight coloration.  At first glance, I’d say these wines were either Pinot Gris/Grigio or possibly a Chenin or Sauvignon Blanc. Continue reading
