Legislation: US Bill H.R. 792 Reaches 57 Co-Sponsors

US House Bill HR-792On February 18th, we first brought you information on US House Bill H.R. 792 (113th Congress) – since then we have continued to provide periodic updates on where things stand with gaining co-sponsors from local state representatives. Today that co-sponsor total stands at 57. (R-45, D-12) 

 

Last week showed a big surge as 16 new representatives signed the bill to join our cause:

  8. Owens, William [D-NY District 21]
  9. Radel, Trey [R-FL District 19]
  10. Rokita, Todd [R-IN District 4]
  11. Schrader, Kurt [D-OR District 5]
  12. Terry, Lee [R-NE District 2]
  13. Thompson, Glenn [R-PA District 5]
  14. Titus, Dina [D-NV District 1]
  15. Wilson, Frederica [D-FL District 24]

As we’ve said before, more help is clearly needed if we are to return to the success levels we had under previous US House Bill HR-1639. So we urge every cigar enthusiast to let local government officials know we do not want “big brother” infringing on our freedoms to enjoy a premium cigar.
